Email Training@c3.ai with your name and the C3.ai Developer Portal login and request Team Admin access.
As a team admin, you and the other admins have to approve or deny access to instructor led class sessions for your team. There may be a limited number of class enrollments as part of your service level agreement, so you need to manage those enrollments.

You can run a quick report on a class session, the trick is to use the @ symbol in the search field, this will list class sessions. See the video for an example.
If you want a custom report, instead of running a Quick Report, you can use the reporting engine to build a custom report. You can download a report or have the report emailed to you on a set schedule. See the video for examples.

Follow the instructions here and use the student's name and email. Make sure you use the same email they use for their C3.ai Developer Portal account login.
From the C3.ai Academy admin homepage:
1. In the top menu on the left select Reports.
2. On the right, in the Quick Reports list, select Courses
3. In the Search field, type the month and day of the class start date and return. For example, 4/13. Classes usually start on Monday.
4. From the filtered list, select the class you want a report for.
5. On the course page, view a list of enrolled students.
To get a report on enrollment and student status, on the right, select Download/Schedule this report
6. In the modal, select the Options (Download or Schedule) and Format (CSV or PDF) from the dropdowns and then select Run.
7. For Download, once created, under Created Reports, select the top Export Download.
8. If required, follow prompts to select the download location.
